Scaling Online Medicine Sales with Zoho Bigin and WhatsApp integration

BuyPharma is an online sourcing and trading business dealing in medicines, operating from Kerala with global reach. Established in 2020, the company manages high volume customer inquiries generated primarily through social media advertising. With a small team handling thousands of leads monthly, BuyPharma required a structured system to manage inquiries efficiently and convert them into confirmed orders.

As lead volume increased, the existing manual approach using WhatsApp and Google Sheets became difficult to manage and scale.

When a lead sends a message from advertisements, it is automatically assigned to a salesperson inside the CRM. The salesperson communicates directly within the system, collects medicine details, and the contact information is stored automatically.

Each conversation is converted into a structured sales inquiry in the pipeline, providing complete visibility from new inquiry to order confirmation.

The system was also integrated with Zoho Books to connect customer records with financial information.
